 | Alex practices primarily in general civil and commercial litigation. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, employment law, bankruptcy and commercial disputes, but he also has experience in personal injury and insurance defence. He has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and before the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Alex articled with DuMoulin Boskovich LLP before being called to the Bar in May, 2008.
Alex received his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance – Honours) from the University of British Columbia in 2004. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2007. While attending UBC, Alex worked for the Human Resources Department assisting Management with employment, labour and human rights issues.
In his spare time, you will see Alex enjoying all that Vancouver has to offer, including hiking, fishing, camping and boating in Howe Sound. |
