The head of our alternative dispute resolution practice area is Joseph A. Boskovich, a founding partner of the firm.
In 1985, Mr. Boskovich qualified as a mediator through the B.C. Justice Institute and the National Centre for Mediation Education in Washington, D.C. He has mediated in excess of 2000 cases involving personal injury, liability claims, disability insurance disputes, commercial contracts, professional negligence, construction, family matters, corporate shareholder disputes, and disputes involving Crown corporations and Ministries.
In addition to this experience, Mr. Boskovich has given and participated in many workshops and seminars throughout North America designed to improve the quality of mediation and negotiating strategies for advocates and mediators alike. |
