Since its founding in 1972, DuMoulin Boskovich has continuously strived to offer the highest quality of service to its many clients.
One of the firm's founding partners, Joe Boskovich, grew up in Vancouver, where his family was prominent in the West Coast fishing industry, enabling Joe to develop a clientele of fishermen, boat owners, and fish processors, to the point where DuMoulin Boskovich has become one of the few firms on the West Coast recognized for its expertise in the legal issues of the fishing industry. Joe became a qualified mediator in 1985 and his broad practice base has assisted him in developing a substantial and effective practice as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of commercial and insurance related disputes.
Our other founding partner, Tony DuMoulin, also grew up in Vancouver, where his family have been leaders in the legal profession for many years. Tony has contributed to the firm's client base through his strength in real estate law, commercial transactions, and wills and estates. Tony is now head of the firm's solicitors' department. He is one of the leading advisors to the real estate industry.

Together with Joe and Tony, partners Andy Sandilands and Jon Walsh provide a diverse range of added experience and expertise to make DB a truly full service firm. In addition to the recently expanded and renovated Vancouver office, DB serves the Sea to Sky corridor through our Whistler office.
Our lawyers and paralegals consistently maintain a commitment to keeping abreast of the latest legal developments in each practice area in order to best advise our clients on their changing needs.
