Alex practices primarily in general commercial litigation. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, construction disputes, employment law, business disputes, bankruptcy and creditors’ remedies. He also has considerable experience in personal injury matters. He has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and before the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
While attending UBC, Alex worked for the Human Resources Department assisting Management with employment, labour and human rights issues. Alex articled with DuMoulin Boskovich LLP before being called to the Bar in 2008.
In his spare time, you will see Alex enjoying all that British Columbia has to offer, including fishing, camping and boating.
