Sacha practiced commercial and insurance litigation in Calgary, Alberta from 2003 – 2009 and moved to Vancouver in 2009. Since then he has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has participated in numerous trials and mediations. Sacha’s current practice covers a variety of litigation areas including contractual disputes, creditors’ remedies, insurance law, personal injury, and wrongful dismissal.
When not working, Sacha participates in a variety of sports including sailing, backcountry hiking, mountain biking, and motorcycling. He has been an avid cyclist and motorcycle enthusiast for over 30 years. He is heavily involved in both enduro and long-distance highway/adventure riding, and can be found on most weekends exploring remote areas of British Columbia’s backcountry on two wheels. Sacha’s longtime involvement in these sports has fostered a keen interest in personal injury claims involving cyclists and motorcyclists.
Sacha is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
