Laurie A. DePellegrin is the senior litigation paralegal. Laurie has been employed by DuMoulin Boskovich LLP since completing her Paralegal Diploma at Capilano College in 1993. Laurie works with and manages litigation files for our Joe Boskovich, Jon Walsh, Perry Mazzone and William Chalcraft in the litigation practice areas of: plaintiff personal injury, insurance defence, occupier’s liability, corporate/commercial, and employment law. Laurie also has extensive mediation and arbitration experience.

Ellen Halliday received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UBC in 1987, and a Paralegal Diploma from Capilano College in 1991. Ellen came to DuMoulin Boskovich LLP in 2010 and is working in the litigation practice areas of plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence for Bob Deering and Perry Mazzone.

Audrey Hopkinson received her Legal Assistant Certificate from Capilano College. She joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP in 2000. Audrey works as a paralegal to Ross D. Ellis. She assists with Bankruptcy, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Insurance defence work.

Kim Klinger joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP in 2007. She started her career in the legal industry in 1994 and obtained her Legal Assistant Certificate from Capilano College in 1999. As a litigation paralegal, Kim works with and manages files for Andrew Spence, partner, and Aleks Mihailovic, associate, in the practice areas of: insurance defence, plaintiff personal injury, occupier’s liability and corporate/commercial.

Silvana Pella joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP in 1996 after completing the legal administrative assistant program at Capilano College. In 2002, she completed the Paralegal program at Capilano College, and now works as a paralegal in the corporate department. Silvana, who also speaks Italian, works for Tony DuMoulin and Peter Kletas, and assists with corporate records, corporate and real estate transactions, and wills and estates.

Ellen Toreson joined DuMoulin Boskovich in 2004. She is the real estate paralegal for the firm managing all conveyances for the firm. She has over 20 years of experience dealing with real estate transactions. Ellen also speaks German and has taught Conveyancing and Mortgages for the Richmond School Board Continuing Education Department for the last five years.
