Peter is a partner with the Business Law Department. His practice includes assisting clients with corporate/commercial transactions, acting for a variety of family run and mid-sized businesses. He provides advice on various business transactions for such business including corporate governance. He also advises clients on Estate Planning matters and assists his clients with their estate planning needs including preparation of wills, family trusts and corporate reorganizations on family business holdings. In addition, his practice focuses on both residential and commercial land transactions providing advice on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate (development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing).
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish (major) and Business (minor), a Master of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Education, Secondary from the University of British Columbia. He obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2003.
Peter joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP as an articled student in 2003 and continued as an associate in our Business Law Department until he joined the partnership in 2011.
Prior to entering law school Peter was a highschool teacher in the public school system where he taught a variety of subjects including Business Education and Spanish. Peter is an active member in his community and since 2005, Peter has served as the President of the Hellenic Community of Vancouver, B.C.’s largest Greek community.
