Robert Deering

Robert came to DuMoulin Boskovich LLP at the beginning of 2010. He was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1972 and has practiced Civil Litigation on a continuous basis in BC since that time. Robert was a member of the Board of Directors of what is now known as The Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia from in or about 1986 until 1991 when he was elected President of that Association. Over the past 30 years he has restricted his practice to personal injury litigation for both Plaintiffs and the Defence. Robert has conducted numerous BC Supreme Court trials for both Plaintiffs and the Defence and is recognized as a Counsel with extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of complex litigation, particularly, involving traumatic brain injury. He has participated as a speaker for CLE and Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
