Terrence Loptson has practiced as an Associate Counsel with DuMoulin Boskovich LLP since 1994. He practices exclusively as a solicitor, primarily in the areas of real property, corporate commercial matters and wills and estates.
Terry has a wide range of experience in dealing with contracts, conveyancing and mortgages, real estate development and condominium projects, commercial leasing, company law, buying and selling businesses, drafting wills and advising upon estate planning, and probate and administration of estates
Terry was born and raised in Saskatchewan. He received both a B.A. and an LL.B. from the University of B.C. He was called to the bar in 1970.
Terry practiced as a partner and as associate counsel at several Vancouver law firms before joining DuMoulin Boskovich LLP. When not working, he can be seen gardening or exploring the waterways of B.C. on the family boat.
