William joined DuMoulin Boskovich LLP in December 2009, bringing with him over 20 years experience in personal injury and insurance defence work. At DuMoulin Boskovich LLP his practice is limited to insurance defence.
William has considerable experience defending claims involving allegations of brain injury, chronic pain and complex psychiatric disorders. He is an experienced trial lawyer and has extensive experience with underinsured motorist protection (UMP) claims.
He received a B.A. from Queens University in 1976 and his LL.B. from University College Cardiff in 1980. He was called to the Bar in January 1983. He has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of B.C. and the B.C. Court of Appeal.
In his spare time William is a fanatical fly fisherman and fly tier.
