Since its founding in 1972, DuMoulin Boskovich LLP has continuously strived to offer the highest quality of service to its many clients.

One of the firm's founding partners, Joe Boskovich, grew up in Vancouver, where his family was prominent in the West Coast fishing industry, enabling Joe to develop a clientele of fishermen, boat owners, and fish processors, to the point where DuMoulin Boskovich LLP has become one of the few firms on the West Coast recognized for its expertise in the legal issues of the fishing industry. Joe became a qualified mediator in 1985 and his broad practice base has assisted him in developing a substantial and effective practice as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of commercial and insurance related disputes.

Our other founding partner, Tony DuMoulin, also grew up in Vancouver, where his family has been leaders in the legal profession for many years. Tony has contributed to the firm's client base through his strength in real estate law, commercial transactions, and wills and estates. Tony was the head of the firm's solicitors' department. He was one of the leading advisors to the real estate industry. After forty continuous years of practice, Tony DuMoulin retired at the end of December, 2011.

Today, DuMoulin Boskovich LLP continues to provide excellent legal advice. We have opened our doors to the Okanagan where our Vernon office opened in 2021. Together, Sunny, Jon and Riminder and our whole team provide a diverse range of experience and expertise to make DuMoulin Boskovich LLP a truly full service firm.
