Gunvir Boparai is an associate lawyer with a broad litigation practice, focusing on family law, civil and commercial disputes, and real property matters. He represents clients in the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, assisting at all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, discoveries, interim applications, and trials.
Gunvir has significant experience handling contested family law matters involving parenting arrangements, support, and property division. He is skilled in navigating complex and high-conflict disputes, providing strategic and pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
