Gunvir Boparai
Gunvir Boparai is an associate lawyer with a broad litigation practice, focusing on family law, civil and commercial disputes, and real property matters. He represents clients in the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, assisting at all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, discoveries, interim applications, and trials.
Gunvir has significant experience handling contested family law matters involving parenting arrangements, support, and property division. He is skilled in navigating complex and high-conflict disputes, providing strategic and pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Gunvir takes a practical and client-focused approach, with an emphasis on clear advice and efficient resolution of disputes.
His experience includes acting for both individuals and businesses in disputes involving contractual issues, real estate matters, construction matters, estate matters and debt recovery.
He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021. Gunvir is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. Outside of his legal practice, Gunvir enjoys golf, soccer, and international cinema.

JEFFREY C. BOSCHERT
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our Friend, Colleague and Partner at Law, Jeffrey Boschert on January 19, 2022. Jeff was the Managing Partner of the Vernon Office of DuMoulin Boskovich LLP. Jeff had extensive experience in his field which included over 25 years in Real Estate Development. Jeff assisted his clients in every stage of the development process.
Jeff grew up on Vancouver Island. He earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia and his Bachelor of Law at the University of Victoria. Jeff was called to the Bar in 1995 and began his career in Victoria with the Firm, Crease Harman. Jeff went on to work as in-house legal counsel for a major strata-titled rental pool resort development on Vancouver Island before moving to Vernon. Jeff joined Davidson Lawyers LLP in 2002 where he was an Associate and Partner for 18 years. Jeff then joined forces with DuMoulin Boskovich LLP to open their second location in Vernon.
Jeff was the past President of the Vernon Bar Association, a past Director of both the North Okanagan Employment Enhancement Society (NOESS) and the United Way as well as a current Director of The People Place.
Jeff will be missed by his two boys, family, friends and colleagues.
