Harleen Brar

Harleen began her legal career at a national business law firm in Vancouver. Throughout her career, Harleen has assisted clients with a wide range of matters, including corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, commercial transactions, residential and commercial real estate conveyances, and estate planning and administration. She has developed a practical, client-focused approach grounded in clear communication and efficient problem-solving.

Outside of work, Harleen enjoys travelling and has visited more than 30 countries. She is a certified yoga instructor, a dog enthusiast, and an active explorer of Vancouver’s food, wellness, and outdoor communities.

Harleen is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
