
Professional Biography
Joseph was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor Degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
As an articling student, Joseph volunteered with Amici Curiea, a non-profit organization, working with residential school survivors on Federal Indian Day School Class Action Settlement claims. Prior to practising law, he worked as a wildland firefighter for Yukon First Nations Wildfire.
Joseph’s work focuses on the areas of general litigation, insurance defence and personal injury litigation, both for the Plaintiff and Defendant. He has appeared on behalf of clients in matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
