Kenneth is approachable, open, and non- judgmental, and a dedicated, child-centred family lawyer with over a decade of family law experience in Metro Vancouver. He has a track record of success in complex dispute resolution and experience in all levels of court in British Columbia. He regularly obtain's results for his clients through traditional court mechanisms, mediation and the use of third party professionals using strategies carefully tailored to the needs of each client and family.
Kenneth is also experienced in dealing with families from diverse backgrounds and with circumstances which involve the mental and emotional strain of separation and divorce. He empowers his clients by carefully explaining court processes and clearly outlining the risks and benefits of each option available to them. His clients appreciate his keen attention to detail and thoroughness, which affords them peace of mind during a difficult time.
Kenneth is also well-versed in ensuring that the rights and perspectives of children are well-represented in court. He is a Children's Lawyer and roster member at the Child and Youth Legal Centre. He has dealt with cases involving relocation of children, cross-examination of expert witnesses, and judicial interviews of children. He is also experienced in matters of complex property division involving shares in companies and overseas properties.
