Professional Biography
Robert F. Hungerford has practiced as a civil litigator in British Columbia for more than 40 years. He has extensive experience in insurance, aviation, products liability, personal injury, and administrative law matters.
He has served as Vice-Chair of the International Insurance Section of the FDCC and is a member of the International Society of Insurance Law, the Aviation Insurance Association, the British Columbia Aviation Council, the Trucking Industry Defence Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
Mr. Hungerford has been recognized multiple times as one of the “Best Lawyers in Canada” and “Best Lawyers in British Columbia”. He was also named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers for his Aviation practice in 2021 and in several other years.
