
Professional Biography
Scott Hicks has been practicing in the area of civil litigation since 2015. From 2008 until 2015, he acted as Patient Advocate for clients suffering Mental Illness at hundreds of administrative tribunal hearings.
Scott has extensive experience with complex personal injury cases, underinsured motorist protection insurance, administrative law, and criminal defence. In addition to his appearance in the Court of British Columbia, during his time with Nova Scotia Legal Aid he appeared before the Provincial Court and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
In his spare time Scott enjoys cycling, weight training, hiking, creative writing, and hanging with his friends, his partner, and his cats Finn and Simon.
